is a Rabbi, Jewish Educator, and Chazzan. He has degrees in American History and American Studies, and received his rabbinic ordination from Yeshivat Chovevei Torah in Riverdale, NY. Mikey has been teaching Judaic Studies at the Heschel School in NYC for the last decade, and is also the proud facilitator of the Music Minyan at Heschel, and of the school's Moot Beit Din team. He has been a rabbinic assistant and summer rabbi at various shuls in the NY area, and is a professional ba'al tefillah, leading prayer services on the high holidays and throughout the year. He loves film, art, music, and sports, and lives with his wife and two kids in New York City.
